They are a global leader in pharmaceuticals, generics, vaccines, and consumer health products. Pharmaceuticals division is recognized worldwide for the innovative medicines they provide patients, physicians and healthcare organizations.
This project, winner of the Above and Beyond Award involved the implementation of Oracle HR Analytics from PeopleSoft 8.9. Customizations were done to different dimensions and a departmental security model was implemented. Monthly snapshots were implemented as well as PeopleSoft trees. ETL performance tuning was conducted to ensure ETL performance was within the ETL window.

This project, involved the implementation of Oracle HR Analytics from Oracle EBS 11.5.10. Customizations were done to support a payroll adapter from ADP and load data from Success Factors – a non Oracle Application. The OBI HR Analytic application was integrated with EBS and a custom department based security system.
