DJO is the largest non-surgical orthopedic rehabilitation device company in the United States and among the largest globally, as measured by revenues.
This project, involved the implementation of Oracle Procurement/Spend Analytics, Financial Analytics and Supply Chain Analytics from Oracle EBS R12. This project resulted in savings on commodity spend through global aggregation of spend, increased Visibility into global purchasing processes and streamlining of the entire procure to pay process. The project involved a simultaneous go-live of EBusiness Suite and three Oracle BI Applications as well as a custom BI application.
