Supply Chain Analytics Success Stories

Logitech - Oracle Order Management Analytics from Oracle eBusiness Suite

This project, involved the implementation of Oracle Order Management Analytics from Oracle eBusiness Suite 11.5.10. Customizations were done to different dimensions such as the product dimension and the organization dimension. New metrics were added to the Sales Line Order, Backlog Lines, and Sales Cycle Line Fact tables. ETL performance tuning was conducted to ensure that the ETL process could run 3 times per day in less than 30 minutes to ensure that users had up to date information. A combination of out of the box and custom reports totaled 200 reports placed within a total of 8 dashboards with numerous pages and drill down reports.
