Dealer Tire is a leading automotive distribution company that specializes in tires and auto accessories supply. Their profit margins are principally derived from their business model which relies mostly on the performance of their information systems, and more precisely reporting.

KPI was able to deliver a complete reporting model that covers all of Dealer Tire's functional areas in a record time.  Complex business logic was migrated from a custom application (Blue Sky) and augmented to support futuristic vision of how the company wants to do business.  Custom sales, CRM, Accounting, Finance, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) Analytics were all implemented using ETL tools, Oracle Essbase, and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) in a very short development lifecycle with 100% user acceptance.
