This course provides training in topics related to the tasks performed by an Oracle BI ETL developer. It is intended for individuals on the implementation team whose major role is to build and modify, and administer Informatica ETL mappings and workflows.
The objectives of the Oracle BI ETL module are as follows:
- Enable students to install, design, customize, and configure the Oracle Business Analytics Warehouse
- Describe Oracle BI Applications Integrated Solution
- Understand Informatica PowerMart / PowerCenter metadata objects
- Build mappings and mapplets
- Create and execute sessions
- Describe advanced server features
- Describe the server process and memory architecture
- Perform repository administration tasks
- Describe available update strategies
