This course provides advanced training in topics related to the tasks performed by an Oracle BI Server Architect. It is intended for individuals on the implementation team whose major role is to build and modify, and administer data models and metadata for Oracle BI.

The objectives of this course are to:

• Teach students to apply advanced techniques when creating Oracle BI metadata
• Teach students to apply advanced techniques when administering and tuning deployments
• Teach advanced modeling concepts such as bridge tables and helper tables
• Set up an Oracle BI multi-user development environment
• Enable usage tracking
• Install and deploy on separate machines
• Explore implementation and deployment options for Oracle BI Server clusters
• Explore replication options for Oracle BI Web catalog
• Complete the metadata portion of the Sales Analytics Case Study
