The client has operations worldwide using Oracle EBS as an ERP source and would need enterprise-level reporting for Operations like Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance using a common design model and consisting of all the EBS customizations to enable the business to visualize data appropriately.

Selection Process

The company evaluated many consulting companies but selected KPI Partners because of KPI's expertise in both Oracle BI Applications and Implementation of KPI Manufacturing Analytics. In addition, KPI proposed a team of the onsite-offshore model to minimize cost and risk for the customer.

What KPI Delivered

• KPI has stabilized and optimized the BI Applications for PST

• KPI has done analysis on the existing Discoverer reports and extended BI Applications for a single point of reporting

• KPI proposed and Implemented KPI Product - Manufacturing Analytics to the client as the plug-in to the existing BI Applications

• Customized and extended various subject areas as per the business requirements. Converted various Oracle Discoverer reports to OBIEE using a standard conversion mechanism

• KPI Proposed Installed and configured a Corporate Instance and helped PST to plan and migrate to the new environment

• Converted more than ten stored procedures to ODI code to leverage the existing load plan and optimized the incremental load duration

• Supported production monitoring and daily incremental loads with a dedicated offshore team
