KPI Partners Officially Announces Its Core Company Values

NEWARK, CA, April 10, 2023 - KPI Partners, a global trusted strategic partner for Analytics and Digital Transformation solutions, has announced the launch of its company values that define its principles and commitments to customers, employees, and stakeholders. The official release of these values is a clear indication of KPI's unwavering dedication to its core values and its unrelenting focus on delivering outstanding services to its clients.

KPI Partners' values embody the company's strong belief in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and transparency. They reflect KPI's commitment to creating a positive impact on clients and the community at large. By adhering to these values, KPI Partners aims to build lasting relationships with clients and contribute to their success.

At KPI Partners, we have always had a clear sense of our identity, purpose, and approach, but we have not formally documented these principles. As we continue to expand, we recognize the importance of a strong company culture to ensure that we maintain a cohesive team, even as we grow. To cultivate this culture, we have decided to create and launch our company values.

To develop our values, we did not want to impose ideals that we thought would sound impressive or trendy. Instead, we aimed to identify and articulate the values that have always guided us as a team. To accomplish this, we conducted small workshops with staff members from all areas of our business, ranging from junior to senior and technical to non-technical roles. During these workshops, we asked a series of questions about KPI Partners and had participants jot down their first thoughts on post-it notes.

After several sessions, we had a large collection of Post-it notes, and we quickly distilled the common themes and concepts into three core values that represent who we are, what we believe in, and how we make an impact. To avoid generic one-word values like "integrity" or "transparency," we played with phrases and combined words to create three distinct values. 

Our values are: Innovate, Integrate, Influence, and Trust.
