KPI Partners has developed a pre-packaged Fixed Asset Analytics solution for use on the Oracle Business Intelligence platform and the Oracle E-Business Suite Fixed Assets (FA) module.
KPI’s Fixed Asset Analytics provides an automated way of managing all standard accounting and operational tasks related to acquiring and maintaining an asset within an organization. Organizations can monitor and report on assets throughout an asset’s lifecycle.
- Additions and Adjustments
Fixed Asset Analytics is fully integrated with Oracle’s BI Application platform and is compliant with standards for Oracle ETL and BI metadata.
KPI’s Fixed Asset Analytics is a natural extension of Oracle Financial Analytics, Oracle Project Analytics, Human Resources, and Oracle Inventory. Integration is available for Projects, Payables, and General Ledger modules.
Within Project Analytics, Fixed Asset Analytics allows the management of Capital Projects and updating of Fixed Asset records when assets are placed into service. Within the General Ledger module, journal entries can be created for fixed assets. Within Oracle Payables, assets and cost adjustments can be added directly. Fixed Asset Analytics stores a record of the source Payables Invoice for use during reconciliation.
