Team Leaders

KPI Partners was founded by Kusal Swarnakar and Sid Goel. Both founders were integral members of Oracle's Siebel Analytics (now OBIEE and Oracle BI Applications) and Siebel Marketing product management team and were also leaders of Siebel's industry business units.

Kusal Swarnakar, Partner

Kusal is responsible for business development, marketing and strategy at KPI Partners. Kusal has over 12 years of experience with innovative business intelligence solutions. He was also a director of Product Marketing at Siebel Systems where he was one of the initial hires in the Siebel Analytics (now Oracle’s BI Applications) product development team. During his tenure at Siebel, Kusal was instrumental in marketing and launching Siebel’s CRM Analytics applications.

Prior to KPI Partners, Kusal founded a consulting company which provided product development outsourcing services to several high-technology companies. He was Vice President of Product Marketing at a CRM startup called Autotown where he was involved in launching an industry-specific CRM analytics solution leveraging Microstrategy. Kusal has a Masters of Business Administration from Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley and BS in Electronics from Indian Institute Of Technology, Kharagpur.

Sid Goel, Partner and BI Architect

Sid is responsible for the overall technology direction, strategy, and methodology development of KPI Partners operations. He has over ten years of experience strategizing and developing innovative Business Intelligence and CRM solutions.

Sid also worked as a Senior Product Manager for Siebel Analytics (now Oracle’s BI Applications) where he was responsible for reports, dashboards and metadata development. He was part of the acquisition team for the nQuire technology (now OBIEE) and helped drive features such as portal integration and action links.

At Siebel, he also served as a Principal Consultant in the Siebel Professional Services Marketing and Analytics Competency practice for award winning projects at Honeywell and Warner Home Video. He also worked with partners such as IBM on joint solutions including IBM's Banking Data Warehouse.

Prior to KPI Partners, Sid was a Senior Program Manager at Cognos. There he focused on the product and market success of the company’s flagship products—Cognos ReportNet and Cognos 8. Sid has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo in Canada and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario where he focused on technology management, marketing and finance.

Vikas Agrawal, Practice Director for Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing

Vikas is KPI’s Practice Director for Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing. He brings more than 10 years of experience working in multiple industries with clients that include fortune 500 companies like Humana, SDUSD, DJO Orthopedic, AMC Theatres, Eaton Corporation, Audatex and Pitney Bowes.

He has deep expertise and knowledge in the areas of Security, Performance, Complex infrastructure (including disaster recovery), Oracle BI applications, OBIEE, Informatica, Enterprise Data Warehousing, Master data management, and Hierarchy management.

Vikas is also responsible for KPI’s award winning Methodology for implementing Oracle Business Intelligence, and for architecting KPI’s product offerings such as KPI’s Metadata Advisor tool, and for Sales Analytics for Salesforce.com. He leads KPI’s projects for most strategic customers.

Vikas has a Masters in Computer Science from University of Derby, UK and BS in Electronics from Osmania University, India.

Norman Dy, Director of Business Development West

Norman is responsible for developing strategic relationships with customers and ensuring their success using the Oracle Business Intelligence Applications and Technologies.

For the past twelve years, Norman has focused exclusively on Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence to successfully manage and deliver dozens of Analytic applications to customers. Prior to joining KPI Partners, Norm was on the Oracle BI Sales Consulting team as a Principal Solutions Consultant, working with the Oracle Analytic Applications for four years. Prior to Oracle, Norman managed and implemented Business Intelligence deployments for Cognos, MicroStrategy and Deloitte & Touche as an Engagement Manager, Data Architect, ETL and BI Consultant.

Norm has a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

Jaime Seagraves, Director of Business Development North East

Jaime is an extremely seasoned sales and technical professional with several years of experience in the industry, ten of which have been focused exclusively on Oracle Business Intelligence, Siebel Analytics and the original nQuire technology.

In his capacity as Director, Business Development at KPI, Jaime is responsible for leading service sales, specifically for Oracle Business Intelligence & Oracle EPM. He also has plays the highly strategic role of developing and managing relationships with KPI clients, and in ensuring their success in using the Oracle Business Intelligence Applications and Technologies.

Prior to joining KPI as its Director of Business Development, Jaime had a national focus on services sales of Oracle Business Intelligence. He also spent 6 years as an Oracle BI and Siebel Analytics architect. Jaime received his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, with an additional focus in Marketing and Sales from Northern Illinois University.

Keith Weisz, Director of Business Development Midwest

Keith Weisz is the director of Business Development for the central US, and also for key national accounts. Keith brings over 30 years of IT solution sales experience to KPI. He has a particular focus on helping executives at Fortune 1200 companies better understand the value of BI as an instrument to achieve improved operational efficiencies, and to bridge the communication gap between business challenges and technology solutions.

Keith is also responsible for managing KPI’s Oracle relationship in the Midwest, and his accounts include clients like GE, AMC Entertainment, Progressive Insurance, Waddell & Reed, Masco Industries.

Keith joined KPI following a career at Oracle where he had responsibility for the “Technology” pillar of Oracle and EPM/Hyperion license sales.
