Kusal Swarnakar is the Partner & Chief Executive Officer of KPI Partners, bringing more than three decades of global leadership experience across enterprise technology, data platforms, analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. As a visionary business leader, he is focused on helping organizations unlock the full value of their data to accelerate innovation, drive measurable business outcomes, and create long-term competitive advantage.

In 2006, Kusal co-founded KPI Partners with the vision of enabling enterprises to transform data into a strategic asset. Under his leadership, the company has evolved into a global consulting and technology partner specializing in data modernization, cloud analytics, data engineering, and Enterprise AI. Today, KPI Partners helps leading organizations modernize legacy ecosystems into intelligent, AI-ready platforms that power growth, efficiency, and innovation.

A seasoned executive with deep expertise in business strategy, sales leadership, technology consulting, product management, and enterprise architecture, Kusal works closely with C-suite leaders to define and execute data and AI strategies that deliver tangible business value beyond technology transformation. His customer-first approach has been instrumental in building long-standing partnerships and driving sustainable growth across industries.

Kusal is also spearheading numerous AI-led initiatives within KPI Partners and in collaboration with customers, helping organizations responsibly adopt emerging technologies to enhance productivity, accelerate decision-making, and create next-generation digital experiences.

Prior to co-founding KPI Partners, Kusal held leadership positions in product management and enterprise technology at Kushal Inc., AutoTown, Siebel Systems, and Interra Systems, where he built deep expertise in enterprise software, product innovation, and large-scale technology solutions. His experience working with Oracle technologies and enterprise ecosystems further strengthened his understanding of complex digital transformation programs.

Under Kusal’s leadership, KPI Partners has established strategic alliances with leading technology providers including Oracle, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud, enabling customers to leverage best-in-class technologies for large-scale modernization initiatives.
