Note: Up to 95% automation is achievable for dashboards that do not have functional differences between tools. Assets involving LOD expressions (Tableau), Qlik Set Analysis, complex table calculations, or pixel-perfect layouts may require additional manual effort.

Migration Process: Five Stages

 

GenAI Asset Discovery

Automated scan of all source BI assets, dashboards, data sources, calculated fields, RLS rules, and scheduling metadata. Produces a full migration inventory.

Report & Dashboard Analysis

Dependency mapping, complexity scoring, and risk ranking for each asset. High-complexity assets flagged for SME review before conversion.

Semantic Model Translation

Source semantic layer definitions are converted to QuickSight-native SPICE-optimized schemas. Oracle RPD conversion uses a combination of GenAI and rule-based automation via an Interim Canonical Model. Qlik load scripts are consolidated into single SQL queries deployable as QuickSight datasets.

Automated QS Conversion

Dashboards, calculated fields, and KRA definitions translated and deployed to QuickSight via API. Visual parity validation runs automatically per asset.

Validation & UAT

Row-level, aggregate, and visual parity checks against source outputs. SME sign-off gates production cutover. 100% KRA validation coverage before go-live.
