This project involved deployment of Workforce event, Recruitment, and Payroll modules of Oracle HR Analytics on highly customized PeopleSoft 8.9.

Customizations were done to support AXA organization hierarchy, previous work history of employees, and additional attrition related attributes. Localization was done to enable AXA Canada to see reports / dashboards in French as opposed to English. AXA specific security solution was implemented to support AXA view of employee hierarchy and to support other PeopleSoft responsibilities.
