Travis Credit Union (TCU) is a not-for-profit cooperative financial institution. TCU is one of the largest credit unions in California with more than 158,000 members and more than $1.6 billion in assets.
The Employee Incentive Analytics initiative includes a data warehouse, data integration and dashboards to streamline the incentive calculation process. The application eliminates the need for manual intervention that could otherwise drastically reduce the number of resources their Audit Department needs to spend on the monthly process.
Issues that existed due to legacy system limitations are now eliminated. The new Employee Incentive Analytics application provides higher accuracy. Challenges with the legacy process included human errors caused by manual spreadsheet maintenance on payroll data.
