Award Winning Business Intelligence Applications Solution Realized an ROI of $500 Thousand In The First Week

ORACLE OPENWORLD, San Francisco, CA – October 3, 2011 – KPI Partners, a member of the Oracle® PartnerNetwork, is honored to be selected as Oracle’s 2011 recipient of the North America Titan Award in the ‘Business Intelligence Application Solution’ category. The awards are presented on Tuesday, October 4th during the Oracle North America Partner & Titan Award Gala held at San Francisco’s City Hall.

With hundreds of nominations across 32 categories, the awards acknowledge leading partners for solutions and best practices developed or delivered in Oracle’s fiscal year 2011. Oracle has over 20,000 partners worldwide so to be recognized for excellence in the Business Intelligence Application category is a true honor. Honorees were selected from among a panel of 4 to 5 judges per category. The judges are drawn from across Oracle’s Development, Marketing, and Sales organizations, in addition to outside judges from the media and analyst communities.

KPI Partners entry in the Business Intelligence Applications category detailed a solution they developed for a multi-billion dollar global power management company. The company uses a combination of Oracle products including Oracle Essbase, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle BI Applications, and Oracle E-Business Suite. The winning solution was a complex Oracle BI Applications implementation using more than 10 Oracle and non-Oracle source systems. The client projects a return-on-investment (ROI) of $14 million with $500 thousand of that ROI realized in the first week after implementation.
